MindFreedom Virginia

MindFreedom Virginia, currently forming in the Commonwealth of Virginia, is an affiliate of the organization MindFreedom International; MindFreedom International is an non-profit organization dedicated to struggling against violations of human rights in the mental health care field. MindFreedom International is also an organization that unites 100 sponsor and affiliate grassroots groups with thousands of individual members to win human rights and alternatives for people who have been affected by the psychiatric system. Members of MindFreedom Virginia agree to abide by the mission and vision, and to support the goals, of MindFreedom International. Our job, in a deeper sense, is to see to it that the mission of MindFreedom International is fulfilled on Virginia soil.
